Engineering Inputs And Generated Files
When you submit an engineering file or request a server-generated drawing or report, the server processes the supplied data for that operation. Queued jobs use private temporary disk storage; source files are scheduled for removal after processing and generated results expire after a short configured download window. Cleanup may be delayed while a file is in use. These workspaces are not a permanent project archive, so retain your own source files and downloaded results.
Some calculations run in your browser. Information you include in a contact message or error report is handled separately from temporary job files. Do not submit passwords, complete payment-card details or project files you are not authorised to share. We do not sell uploaded engineering data.
Support, Diagnostics And Administration
Contact messages may contain your name, email address, company, application name and the information you choose to provide. Issue reports and operational logs may include the page, browser information, technical error details and request information needed to investigate a problem. Support messages, diagnostic reports, administrative records and security logs can be retained separately from temporary drawing jobs; they are not erased merely because a job expires.
Payments
Paid downloads use Stripe-hosted Checkout. Full payment-card details are entered on Stripe, not stored by StruTools. StruTools keeps order and fulfilment records such as payment references, amount, currency, purchased output identifiers and payment status to deliver purchases and prevent duplicate fulfilment. Cookies, Local Storage And Analytics
Essential browser storage supports administrator sign-in, theme preferences and application state. StruTools also uses Google Analytics to understand website usage; Google may process identifiers, browser/device information and page interactions through its services. Advertising
Where Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve advertisements based on previous visits to StruTools or other websites.
